Overview
When a reefer consignment arrives soft, spotted or short, the first question is whose fault it is: the fruit, the stowage or the cold chain. RIC’s fruit inspectors have handled claims and prevention surveys in reefer containers, ships and warehouses for over 15 years. We measure temperature, assess quality and quantity — and we read and interpret data loggers from most manufacturers.
