Those four words head every RIC report. This is the policy that stands behind them:

• Engaging qualified staff to perform inspection with the utmost care, skill and speed — error-free, in an independent and impartial manner, and in compliance with professional, national and international standards.

• Applying the principles of ISO 9001:2015 wherever appropriate and flexible, in all matters of quality control and quality assurance.
• Expanding the company’s human resources and enhancing professional skills through the training and motivation of staff members.
• Defining quality as the result of all company activities — planned, deployed and controlled to meet or exceed the requirements defined by our clients.
• Keeping all reports, certificates and information confidential to avoid any conflict of interest.
